Welcome to Inner G Wellness, where healing begins from within. I'm Sauda Welch your guide on the journey to holistic wellness. I provide holistic wellness services to Black women who are navigating life transitions and seeking deeper insight into their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.

In 2019, I founded Inner G Wellness, to address the unique challenges faced by Black Women including navigating and healing mental health challenges, defining identity in the face of societal expectations, and overcoming burnout from constant pressure to succeed.

My approach is holistic, integrating mindfulness, spirituality, and trauma-informed care. My mission is to empower Black Women to achieve lasting wellness and balance by honoring the mind, body, and spirit through culturally attuned methods.
