Had a long week? does it feel like the Mondayest Tuesday but its really Wednesday? Join us for a calming, guided meditation designed to refresh and center you midweek. This session offers a gentle pause to release tension, reconnect with yourself, and renew your energy. Expect a peaceful, nurturing experience with guided breathing, body relaxation, and visualization techniques.

How to Prepare:

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing to help you relax.

  • Bring a blanket, pillow, or yoga mat if you’d like extra support.

  • Consider headphones if you’re in a shared space.

Take this time to pause, breathe, and return to your day feeling recharged and ready for the rest of the week. No prior meditation experience is necessary—just come as you are!
