  • Cognitive strategies for emotional processing (self-talk, reframing, journaling)

  • Interactive exercise: Identifying and shifting thought patterns

🕚 Bottom-Up Processing: Using the Body to Shift Emotional States (45 min)

  • How emotions are stored in the body

  • Body-based techniques: Breathwork, movement, grounding, and somatic exercises

  • Interactive exercise: Guided movement & mindfulness for emotional release
