Balanced Presence is a 3-month healing experience where you'll learn to process emotions through both the mind and body, helping you move through stress, grief, fear, and uncertainty with clarity, intention, and self-compassion.

This program was designed with Black women and women of color in mind—those of us who are often expected to carry it all without a space to feel it all. You deserve support that honors both your strength and your softness.

What to Expect: Your 3 month Journey

Month 1 – Learn (4 weekly sessions)

We’ll build your foundation. You’ll gain language for your emotional experience and learn somatic and mindfulness tools to help regulate and release.

Month 2 – Apply (2 biweekly sessions)

You’ll begin to apply what you’ve learned in real time. Together, we’ll walk through the emotions that arise as life continues to life—using gentle accountability and reflection to stay present.

Month 3 – Accelerate (2 biweekly sessions)

This final stretch will focus on deepening your emotional trust in yourself. We’ll amplify your progress and anchor your growth so that you can show up in your life with grounded confidence and peace.

Aligned Intentions is a 3-month program that helps you reconnect with what you truly want—and create sustainable, soul-honoring goals without burnout, shame, or overwhelm. It’s not about doing more—it’s about doing what matters with intention and grace.

  • 8 private, 50-minute coaching sessions (spaced over 3 months)

  • A Guided Workbook – to reflect, clarify, and track your mindful goals

  • Email Access Between Sessions – for support, accountability, and encouragement

We start with what’s true. What do you really want—and why? Together, we’ll explore your core values, needs, and desires so your goals are rooted in alignment, not pressure or performance.

Phase 2: Treatment (Tools for Motivation + Follow-Through)

Next, we build your support system. You’ll learn personalized techniques to stay focused, calm, and committed—while honoring your emotional rhythm. Think of this as your unique formula for motivation without force.

Phase 3: Will (Mindful Application for Consistency)

Now it’s time to embody the work. We’ll practice intentional goal-setting in real-time, using mindfulness-based methods to support your consistency, self-trust, and emotional regulation. This is where the magic sticks.

You'll also receive a Client Agreement outlining exactly what to expect—including the roles and responsibilities we each hold in this sacred partnership.

Once your application is approved, you'll receive an invoice based on the payment plan you choose. This secures your spot and sets the energy in motion.

3. Schedule Your First Session

After your payment is received, you’ll be able to book your first session and begin your journey to aligned, sustainable growth.

Because real transformation requires consistency, this program offers flexible payment options:

  • Pay in Full – $1,500

  • 2 Payments – $750 every 4 weeks

  • 3 Monthly Payments – $500/month
